Lisa Rootvik is the Radiation Oncology Nurse Practitioner at Northwest Cancer Clinic. She is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), with a certification as an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) and more than 15 years of experience in Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology. She also has an extraordinary passion for Cancer Survivorship.

Lisa’s strengths include program development and implementation, interdisciplinary team leadership, and caring for oncology patients across the continuum. In addition to working with our radiation oncology patients at Northwest Cancer Clinic, Lisa is the Managing Director for the Cancer Survivorship Provider Network, a grassroots organization created to bring multidisciplinary providers of cancer survivorship care together for education, support, and advocacy. Lisa received both her Bachelors in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is licensed as an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP-BC) and an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP).
